Spare Tyre Home Workout

TARGET MUSCLES:

Full body

MISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Simply an old spare tyre. Most garages will give you them for free!

#AIMTOBETHEBEST:

Very little room is required for this circuit. Your patio, garden, drive way or even in the park is perfect in order to perform this circuit safely. Warm-up on the spot for 5 mins with a some of the exercises you are going to use but unweighted (no tyre) - 4 rounds of burpees, lunges and prison squats for 6 reps each should be plenty to get the heart rate up and warm those muscles up ready for action.

TAKE AIM:

Get your tyre ready making sure that when exercising you keep a good grip of the tyre. When performing the tyre exercises make sure you are in control of the path of the tyre at all times. 

FIRE:

The Spare Tyre circuit consists of 7-exercises performed for 7-reps each for a total of 7-rounds... a total of 343-reps! At the end of each round take 30-seconds rest before moving onto next round.

The exercise order is as follows:

1. TYRE SLAMS 
2. TYRE SHOULDER PRESS
3. TYRE WOOD CHOP (ALTERNATE SIDE EACH ROUND)
4. TYRE BURPEE PRESS
5. TYRE LUNGE AND TURN (TURN TO SAME SIDE AS THE LEG THAT STEPS OUT)
6. TYRE SQUATS (TYRE ABOVE HEAD)
7. TYRE CLEAN AND PRESS

REST 30-SECONDS AND REPEAT #HELLYEAH
