- Pre-cooked chicken (100-150g)
- 1/2 a pack of couscous (choose your favourite flavour)
- Chicken stock (small pack)
- 1 cube of low sodium soy sauce
- garlic paste to taste
- A handful of your favourite vegetables (peas, sweet corn, carrot etc)
- 1 plastic sealable container
- 150ml of boiling water
Mission Brief:
Right... don't blink!
Take all ingredients and place into container. When ready to eat simply add 150ml of boiling water and leave it covered for 5-minutes.
After 5-minutes, fluff with a fork and eat!
Attention Snipers:
